I have been a professional model developer, and booking agent on and off for over 25 years, since 1981. I was the 1st model booker ever on Ocean Drive, where I grew up in Miami Beach, Florida. My father was a star hairdresser, painter and photographer. He owned a chain of salons for over 40 years, where upon I was his receptionist since I was 7 years old, selling products and reading magazines. This is where I found my love for photography, fashion and beauty. My mother was a fashion buyer for a New York Department store, through out the 50�s and 60�s. I have worked for several top model agencies through the years, mostly as the director of new faces. I am a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. I also attended the prestigious Emerson College in Boston. I am a Florida licensed cosmetologist.
I have booked everyone, grandmothers and dogs from informal events, top fashion campaigns to major motion pictures.
I am here to provide a service to the potential model, fashion/beauty industry, entertainment and advertising community. This is about doing something that I have a passion for and have excelled at for a long time. It gives me the outlet and opportunity to share my skills, knowledge, experience, education and put it to use. This is also about helping artists reach their dreams, highlight their careers, and showcase their work. It is also my desire for this site to be a helpful educational resource for the fashion student.
Photography and Advertising is an art. Art is a reflection on life. Life Changes. Photography, Fashion, and Beauty change, either reverting back to an old style made even better or updated with the progress of new technology, materials and products. This business is always changing; everyday is different, and there is always some one or something new to look at and for professionals to work with.
